Return Policy

In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the receipt of your order, provided that the item is unopened, clean, and in resalable condition.

To receive a refund, all return requests must be initiated by sending an email to amandawood.bvtc@gmail.com or call 401-724-2200. 

The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the original purchaser, and the original handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. 

Please allow 21 business days from the date you return your package for your refund to be credited to your original form of payment.

Please note that not all items may be returned. These items include items that are used, damaged post-delivery, or not in resalable condition.
